Refund Policy

General Policy

All sales through Healed Love Experience™ are final. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that no refunds will be issued except as specifically outlined below. We encourage you to review all program details, event information, and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Coaching Programs

6-Week Coaching Experience & Virtual Learning

  • All coaching and virtual learning purchases are final. A cancellation window of 48 hours from the time of purchase is available only if no sessions or materials have been accessed.
  • Once your first session has taken place or program materials have been accessed, no refunds will be issued.
  • If you are on a payment plan and wish to discontinue, you remain responsible for the full remaining balance.
  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice. No-shows or cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be counted as a completed session.

Live Events

Dating Differently Experiences & Other Events

  • All event ticket sales are final. A cancellation window of 7 days from the date of purchase is available, provided the request is made at least 14 days before the event date.
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the event, regardless of when the ticket was purchased.
  • Tickets are transferable. You may transfer your ticket to another eligible attendee by notifying us at least 48 hours before the event.
  • If Healed Love Experience™ cancels an event, a full refund will be issued to all registered attendees.
  • In the event of postponement, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If the new date does not work for you, a full refund will be offered.

Digital Products

E-Guides, Assessments & Downloadable Content

  • All digital product sales are final. No refunds will be issued once the product has been delivered or downloaded.
  • If you experience a technical issue preventing access to your purchase, please contact us within 7 days and we will resolve the issue.

Merchandise

Apparel & Physical Products

  • All merchandise sales are final. Exchanges may be available within 14 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items in original condition with tags attached, subject to availability.
  • If an item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement or store credit.
  • Shipping costs for exchanges are the responsibility of the buyer.

Community Membership

Healed Love Lounge (Skool)

  • Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. You will retain access through the end of your current billing period.
  • No refunds for partial months or previously billed periods.

Cancellation Requests

If you believe you qualify for a cancellation within the windows described above, please contact us with your name, email address used at purchase, order or registration details, and the reason for your request:

Approved cancellations are typically processed within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

Extenuating Circumstances

We understand that life happens. If you are experiencing extenuating circumstances (documented medical emergency, family emergency, etc.), please reach out to us directly. While all sales are final, we may offer store credit or a transfer to a future experience on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
