By accessing or using the Healed Love Experience™ website, services, coaching programs, events, or digital products (collectively, “Services”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Services.

Services Overview

Healed Love Experience™ provides relational wellness coaching, educational experiences, live events, digital products, and community resources designed to support individuals on their journey toward healthier relationships. Our Services include but are not limited to:

• One-on-one and group coaching programs
• Virtual learning experiences and workshops
• Live events such as Dating Differently experiences
• Digital products including e-guides and assessments
• Online community access (Healed Love Lounge via Skool)
• Newsletter and educational content

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

User Accounts

Certain Services may require you to create an account or provide personal information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to update it as necessary.

Coaching Disclaimer

Our coaching services are for educational and personal development purposes only. Chrishonna Greene and Healed Love Experience™ are not licensed therapists, psychologists, or medical professionals. Our Services are not a substitute for professional mental health treatment, counseling, or medical advice.

If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, domestic violence, or any emergency, please contact the appropriate emergency services or crisis hotline immediately.

Payments and Billing

All payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor (Square). By purchasing any of our Services, you agree to pay the listed price at the time of purchase. All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

For subscription-based services or payment plans, you authorize recurring charges until the plan is completed or you cancel in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and within our Services, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, curriculum, assessments, and digital products, is the property of Healed Love Experience™ and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, or create derivative works from any of our content without prior written consent. Purchasing a digital product or enrolling in a program grants you a personal, non-transferable license to use the materials for your own personal development.

Event Participation

By registering for and attending any Healed Love Experience™ event, you agree to abide by our Code of Practice, including standards of respect, consent, and emotional safety. We reserve the right to remove any participant who violates the Code of Practice without a refund.

Photography and videography may occur at events for promotional purposes. By attending, you consent to the use of your likeness in marketing materials unless you notify us in writing prior to the event.

Community Guidelines

Participants in our online community (Healed Love Lounge) and group experiences are expected to maintain a respectful, supportive environment. Harassment, discrimination, solicitation, or sharing of other members' personal information is strictly prohibited and may result in removal without a refund.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Healed Love Experience™, its founder, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to emotional distress, relationship outcomes, or financial loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Healed Love Experience™ and its founder, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of our Services or violation of these Terms.

Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Your continued use of our Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Alexandria, Virginia.
